Olivier Pescheux’s fascination with fragrance and artistic expression led him to ISIPCA, a renowned perfume school.
Pescheux’s career began in Bangkok in 1990, working for Payan Bertrand. After two years, he returned to Paris, joining Annick Goutal and then Kao Corporation. In 1998, he found a long-term home at Givaudan, a leading fragrance and flavour company, where he achieved the title of Master Perfumer.
Pescheux created signature scents for brands like Dior, Montblanc, Armani, Valentino, Paco Rabanne, and Diptyque. He was known for his passionate yet practical approach. His time in Asia, particularly the scents of Thai cuisine, Japanese tea, and Zen gardens, deeply influenced his work. Throughout his career, he also worked alongside many respected perfumers. Pescheux was also committed to mentoring the next generation of perfumers, generously sharing his knowledge.
