Yara is one of Lattafa’s most popular fragrances for women. The first one came out in 2020 and created a significant buzz. Lattafa then released another version of Yara in 2022, and the subsequent versions were launched in the years that followed.
Some of the Yara fragrances are similar to a certain extent, carrying a somewhat similar base (except for Yara Moi), BUT each one stands out in its own way. The one you like best will differ depending on your preferences. I went ahead and tried them all, so you don’t have to, and I’m going to tell you all about them.
1. Lattafa Yara EDP
Let’s start with the OG, Yara. This amber vanilla came out in 2020 and has ever since been one of Lattafa’s most popular scents. It is a sweet scent. Many have said that they find it a little too sweet to their liking and that it took some time to get used to.
I wouldn’t agree with that statement, but then again, I do prefer sweeter scents. To be honest, I expected it to be sweeter than it actually was when I initially read those reviews. It’s actually soft and slightly powdery, perfect for everyday wear.

Yara Moi is the only one in the collection that doesn’t carry a vanilla note. It is also the only one on here that is suitable for the cooler fall and winter months. I would say that it is the most versatile Yara fragrance out of the four.
The opening is juicy and creamy, the heart is warm and sweet, and the base is woody and sensual. Due to this blend of sensations, Yara Moi stands out the most in this collection and could be a staple in any fragrance collection.

Yara Tous, on the other hand, is the ultimate daytime, summertime perfume. This explosion of tropical fruits is created for beach days, summer picnics, and daytime fun. Coconut tends to be cloying in fragrance; this wasn’t the case here.
The mango fruit is prominent here and is absolutely yummy! Combined with the other notes, it creates a summer dream. If you’re looking for an everyday summer vacation scent, this is it.

Last but not least, Yara Candy. As the name suggests, Yara candy is a gourmand fragrance. This here is the sweetest, most delicious fragrance in the collection.
If you’re not a sweet fragrance lover, it might be too cloying for you. And to be honest, it feels a bit much for me sometimes. But if you want to smell like a walking piece of candy, Yara Candy would be perfect for you.
