You’d think there’s no way anyone would want to smell like gunsmoke, so why would anyone use it as a note in a perfume? Well, there are many people who enjoy the scent of tyres, matchsticks (guilty) and even nail polish. So, of course, there are people out there who enjoy the scent of gun smoke. I could only find one, though, so let’s talk about it.
The main campaign video for this scent is one I found mesmerising. While I know I’m not the target audience for this perfume, the ad very much appeals to me aesthetically and visually.

Living gunsmoke refers to the immediate, sharp aroma that comes off after firing a gun, which comes off as metallic and pungent (in a positive way).
This unconventional note will definitely be appealing to those with a taste for the smoky and unusual. The base notes of incense, sweet vanilla, and vetiver provide a grounding foundation, adding a sense of the ordinary to make this scent wearable.
