Founded in 2000 by Mr. Kafeel Ahmed in Dubai, UAE, Ahmed Al Maghribi Perfumes is an Arabic house that crafts high-quality, concentrated fragrances inspired by Arabic culture and tradition. Utilizing traditional techniques and ingredients such as oud, musk, and amber, the brand’s mission is to capture regional heritage in each of its scents.
Originally starting from a humble home-based factory and a single retail outlet, Mr. Ahmed’s passion, despite not initially being in the luxury sector, has led to over 180 branches across the GCC and a growing international presence, offering a diverse range of blends.
Let’s take a closer look at our favorite fragrances by this UAE-based brand.

Ahmed Al Maghribi Kaaf is a delightful and versatile unisex fragrance that’s perfect for everyday wear. Imagine a bright, clean aroma with a touch of sweetness and warmth. It’s an invigorating fragrance.
Kaaf strikes a beautiful balance, with moderate projection; it’s noticeable without being overwhelming. Ideal for the office, a casual outing, or any occasion. If you’re seeking a unique and affordable fragrance that stands out, Kaaf is definitely worth checking out.
2. Ahmed Al Maghribi Peachy Peach EDP

Highlights | Details |
---|---|
Brand | Ahmed Al Maghribi |
Best for | Unisex |
Fragrance Family | Fruity |
Notes | Top: Peach, Green Leaves, and Blood Orange Middle: Patchouli Base: Cognac and Honey |
Release year | 2024 |
Projection | Moderate |
Ahmed Al Maghribi Peachy Peach might just be your next signature scent if you’re a fan of fruity scents. Released in 2024, this fragrance leans into the bolder side of fruity fragrances, creating a scent that is memorable and somewhat daring.
Peachy Peach blends the juicy sweetness of peach and blood orange with the earthy depth of patchouli and a boozy cognac base. Now, this bold combination might not be for everyone. If you prefer lighter, more subtle scents or are strictly opposed to patchouli or boozy notes, this might not be your cup of tea.
3. Ahmed Al Maghribi Black Fume EDP

Highlights | Details |
---|---|
Brand | Ahmed Al Maghribi |
Best for | Unisex |
Fragrance Family | Woody Amber |
Notes | Top: Raspberry Middle: Orris and a Burnt Wood Base: Labdanum, Oud, Tobacco, and Ambroxan |
Release year | 2025 |
Projection | Moderate |
Ahmed Al Maghribi Black Fume isn’t a crowd-pleasing fragrance, but if you appreciate complexity, you’ll like it. The initial sweetness of the raspberry quickly gives way to smoky, almost charred woods, balanced by the powdery orris.
Black Fume leans towards a niche profile, appealing to those who love unconventional fragrances with a darker edge. While not a safe blind buy or a universal gift, it’s a unique choice for someone who enjoys woody ambers, the scent of a good cigar, and fragrances with depth and character.
4. Ahmed Al Maghribi Bidun Esam EDP

Highlights | Details |
---|---|
Brand | Ahmed Al Maghribi |
Best for | Unisex |
Fragrance Family | Amber Floral |
Notes | Top: Rose and Saffron Middle: White Flowers Base: Cambodian Oud, Musk, and Amber |
Release year | 2019 |
Projection | Moderate |
Ahmed Al Maghribi Bidun Esam is a captivating fragrance. This isn’t a light, everyday scent for sure. I find it to be a fragrance that dries down beautifully, with a classic sensibility and a hint of the mystic.
Now, because of the prominent oud note, this isn’t a fragrance I’d recommend as a blind buy for just anyone. It might not be for those who prefer lighter, fresher scents. However, if you know someone who loves oud perfumes, it would make a truly thoughtful gift.
5. Ahmed Al Maghribi Marj EDP

Release year | 2023 |
Projection | Moderate |
Marj is the last on my list, but it’s certainly not the least! This is a bold, multifaceted fragrance that truly showcases the brand’s artistry. To me, it feels like a journey through a spice market and a luxurious leather atelier, all rolled into one.
Marj is a woody amber perfume featuring a notable dose of oud and a complex blend of woody, amber, and spicy notes, accented by pink pepper. The overall effect is a rich, warm, and slightly smoky perfume.
And while this is the last fragrance I’m highlighting today, Ahmed Al Maghribi offers many other unique and lovely scents worth taking a look at. I highly recommend checking out their full range at V Perfumes, your go-to fragrance shop in Dubai.
