- Retailer Award 2024: “Open to physical retail outlets and e-commerce storefronts that have exhibited excellence in areas such as exceptional online customer support, advanced digital display, digital payments, an exemplary customer journey.”
- E-commerce Award 2024: “Open to e-commerce storefronts, delivery companies with digital integrations, and related businesses that have excelled in digital transformation projects and enhanced customer experiences.”
The jury included H.E. Alia Abdulla Al Mazrouei, chief executive officer of Khalifa Fund; Marwan Janahi, senior vice president of Dubai Science Park; Nasser Al Madani, chief advisor of Dubai Integrated Economic Zone; Suhail Bin Tarraf, chief operating officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank; T J Wilson, executive director at Aster DM Healthcare; V Nandakumar, director of marketing and communications; and Yousuf Ahmad Lootah, CEO – corporate strategy and performance department at Dubai Economy & Tourism.
The winners were announced on July 10th. V Perfumes won the Best Retail Award for 2024, and the company also made it to the finalists for the E-commerce Award.
