Sydney Sweeney is a young, vibrant actor with an easy smile and energetic personality, perfect to represent the airy, captivating white floral fragrance. My Way Parfum is a floral musk flanker to the floral My Way, released in 2020. It’s distinct from the original, more powdery and musky. It has hints of lipstick and powder, but in a pleasant way. The makeup vibes come from the use of iris, a flower whose fragrance has long been used in makeup products like powder and lipstick.
It’s a bold tuberose scent as is the first My Way, but the tuberose softens here with the addition of powdery iris and fresh, zesty bitter orange. The sweetness just feels more mature and sophisticated compared to the candy’s sweetness of My Way. The vanilla at the base and iris come together to create a very comforting feeling, more appropriate for colder evenings. The drydown is dark and quite sexy with the bourbon vanilla and cedar.
It’s a strong perfume, but doesn’t overwhelm the senses. Though it’s strong, it’s also fresh and airy. While I recommend that you wear it in the evenings, it can be worn during the day if you spray on conservatively.
