The Le Parfum version of Black Opium by YSL is a more robust, longer-lasting version of this well-loved coffee-flavored scent. From opening to base, this fragrance feels like a hot cup of coffee and a good book on a cold winter evening.
The opening notes are fruits of winter. The heart is of solar notes, which remind you of the sun’s warmth, elegant jasmine, and fresh orange blossom. The base is of sweet Madagascar vanilla, boozy bourbon vanilla, intense vanilla absolute, warm and delicious coffee, joyful vanilla orchid, and sensual and comforting patchouli. I highly recommend this fragrance for date nights or nights out.

Scandal by Jean Paul Gaultier (the men’s version) le parfum is an addictive amber scent that is loud and lingers for hours to no end. The women’s version of this is one of my favorite fragrances of all time, except I highly dislike its inconvenient bottle. Fortunately, the gents won’t have this issue with the men’s version of Scandal.
This scent is very simple—sharp and herbaceous geranium in the opening, sweet tonka bean, and earthy, grounding sandalwood. This composition makes the ideal everyday winter scent—warm, deep, and long-lasting—and it comes in a conveniently shaped bottle.
