The first Daisy by Marc Jacobs came out in 2007, a fresh and feminine Floral Woody Musk fragrance created by nose Alberto Morillas. This scent went on to win FiFi Awards for its scent and packaging. The first flanker didn’t come out until years later (2011, to be specific).
To this day, Daisy remains one of Marc Jacobs’ most iconic scents. The bottle with daisies on the cap is recognisable anywhere. But since 2007, many other flankers of this scent have been released. Let’s take a look at the best of them, and help you find out which suits you best.
1. Marc Jacobs Daisy EDT

The original Daisy was many young girls’ first grown-up perfumes, as it is an ideal transition fragrancefrom teenagehood into adulthood. I would even say that all of the Daisy flankers are a good first designer fragrance for young girls.
Daisy’s DNA was used to inspire many fragrances that came after it, that you’d smell Daisy today and think it’s a generic fragrance. But in reality, it is the blueprint. And while your first impression might be that it’s just another light floral scent, you’re surprised with a sweet warmth that you probably wouldn’t have expected here.
2. Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Intense EDP

| Highlights | Details |
|---|---|
| Brand | Marc Jacobs |
| Best for | Women |
| Fragrance Family | Amber Floral |
| Notes | Top: Strawberry, Pear, and Bergamot Middle: Honey, Jasmine, and Rose Base: Vanilla, Musk, Benzoin, and Moss |
| Release year | 2021 |
| Projection | Moderate |
| Perfumer | Alberto Morillas |
If you liked the original but wished it were sweeter, then reach out for Daisy Eau So Intense, and boy, is it intense! This smells like a sweet honey-glazed strawberry, a bit of pear compote, and plenty of benzoin.
This one is definitely for those of you who love sweeter scents. Some have complained that this fragrance is a little cloying, so I would suggest you try it in a store before committing to a full bottle. I personally really enjoy this flanker for winter/fall seasons, and don’t find it cloying at all.
3. Marc Jacobs Daisy Love EDT

| Highlights | Details |
|---|---|
| Brand | Marc Jacobs |
| Best for | Women |
| Fragrance Family | Woody Floral Musk |
| Notes | Top: Cloudberry Middle: Daisy Base: Cashmere Musk, and Driftwood |
| Release year | 2018 |

If you’re looking for a cleaner version of Daisy, then Daisy Love is the right fit for you. Daisy Love is a fresh floral fragrance with a fruity opening and a woody-musk base. A clean, slightly sweet fragrance that is ideal for everyday wear.
If you’re looking for an office perfume or a perfume to wear for running errands, I highly recommend Daisy Love. This is the easiest flanker to wear in this list, as it is well-balanced and doesn’t contain any aromas that would be perceived as overwhelming.
4. Marc Jacobs Daisy Love Eau So Sweet EDT

| Highlights | Details |
|---|---|
| Brand | Marc Jacobs |
| Best for | Women |
| Fragrance Family | Floral Fruity |
| Notes | Top: Raspberry, Blackberry, and Bergamot Middle: Daisy and Jasmine Base: Sugar, Musk, White Iris, and Woodsy Notes |
| Release year | 2019 |
| Projection | Moderate – High |
| Perfumer | Alberto Morillas |
I feel like Marc Jacobs came out with this flanker of Daisy Love to counteract the first Daisy Love. A sheer floral twist to a sweet gourmand. I would recommend this flanker for long, hot summer days.
What makes this sweet scent a wearable onefor summer is that it’s not sickeningly sweet, nor overly synthetic-smelling. It’s not a sophisticated scent in any sense of the word, rather a fun, youthful, flirty one. I would also like to add that for an eau de toilette, this scent performs exceptionally well.
5. Marc Jacobs Daisy Wild EDP

| Highlights | Details |
|---|---|
| Brand | Marc Jacobs |
| Best for | Women |
| Fragrance Family | Floral Fruity |
| Notes | Top: Banana Flower Middle: Jasmine and Macadamia Base: Vetiver and Sandalwood |
| Release year | 2024 |
| Projection | Moderate |
| Perfumer | Sonia Constant, Roxanne Kirkpatrick, and Adriana Medina-Baez |
The last two fragrances on this list are created by different perfumes (unlike the others, which were created by Alberto Morillas). Daisy Wild was created in 2024 to be reminiscent of embarking on an outdoor adventure.
If you’re looking to reconnect with nature and embody your young, free-spirited self, reach out for Daisy Wild. This floral fruity scent has a unique green freshness with a hint of sweetness. What makes this flanker even better is that the design bottle is different from the rest. It features a new flower on the cap inspired by a wildflower bouquet.
6. Marc Jacobs Daisy Wild Eau So Intense EDP

| Highlights | Details |

| Brand | Marc Jacobs |
| Best for | Women |
| Fragrance Family | Floral Woody Musk |
| Notes | Top: Banana Flower Middle: Jasmine Base: Amber and Sandalwood |
| Release year | 2025 |

The latest, Daisy Wild Eau So Intense, is a more intense version of Wild, hence the name. This flanker is deep, earthy, and rich. This smells more like a tropical rainforest that is slightly cool and damp. You can smell the earthy tones more clearly, and the sweet fruits are brighter.
I personally don’t love this, as I am not a fan of banana scents or bananas in general. But that does not mean it’s not good if you don’t mind bananas. As always, try the scent at the store and see how it smells on YOU.
