The lavender in the opening heart is joined by Mandarin orange, black currant, which has a scent similar to musk, and petitgrain, which is similar to orange blossom but with an added bitter flavor. In the heart, the lavender is accompanied by orange blossom, which has a fresh, clean scent, and jasmine, which is slightly fruity, powdery, and rich. The base is sensual and deep, with Madagascar vanilla, musk, cedar, and ambergris notes. While the le parfum version is more of a winter fragrance, this version is softer and more versatile, making it suitable for wear all year round.
