Guava Perfumes: Are They as Poignant as the Fruit?

But it is not completely undetectable as you can feel the litchi and the guava and the peony with the jasmine mostly, and a hint of the rest of the notes.

I know that looking at Solo Loewe’s notes can be intimidating, but giving it a try won’t cost you anything, as it is quite well-blended. While guava here is just one small note among many others, it still adds something to make this fragrance unique overall, serving as a contrast to the cumin, musk, and Italian mandarin notes. This balances the fragrance, making it a versatile scent that is signature-worthy.

4. Rasasi Sotoor Seen EDP

Sotoor Seen by Rasasi is bright and fresh, with guava, sweetened with honey and florals, and sweet, musky moss. It also happens to layer really well with Believe by Brtiney if you’d like to amp up the guava of it all. I would categorise this as more of a spring/fall fragrance, as I don’t believe it wears well in extreme seasons. Therefore, if you were to reach for this during the summer in Dubai, I would recommend you spray lightly.

5. Calvin Klein One Summer 2018 EDT

One Summer by Calvin Klein is an absolutely delicious summer scent. This fragrance feels like a cold mocktail by the pool on a warm summer day. The guava comes out beautifully and fresh alongside the citrus notes and coconut milk. I say mocktail and not cocktail because this scent doesn’t come off as boozy to me. Overall, it is a fresh, fun fragrance that reacts well to warmer weather.
