اليوم في قسم الغرائب: رائحة معدنية تفوح من شيء ما 

I’m not sure if aluminium is the strangest note I’ve covered in this series, but here we are. Our bizarre note for today is indeed aluminium. It is used to create a cold, metallic aroma that adds a sense of sharp, industrial freshness to a fragrance. Let’s take a look at the following three fragrances, whose creators dared to venture into uncharted metallic territories.

1. Strangers Parfumerie Iridescent Sky 

Our first fragrance is Iridescent Sky by Strangers Parfumerie. We’re starting off gently, I would say, with a highly wearable رائحة الحمضيات. Iridescent Sky features an aluminium note that certainly adds something to the composition, albeit only ever so slightly. Overall, the fragrance smells like a squeaky-clean citrus washing-up liquid. If that’s the sort of vibe you go for, you’ll absolutely love this for ملابس الصيف.

2. Blood Concept AB 

For something much more daring, we have Blood Concept’s AB. This is a sterile, metallic fragrance that literally leaves a taste in your mouth. While some will undoubtedly love this scent, you need a fair bit of confidence to wear it. Otherwise, you run the risk of smelling like a freshly disinfected hospital ward.

3. Smell Bent Ten

Sadly, Smell Bent is no longer in business, but I simply had to include their fragrance, Ten, on this list. Created to celebrate the indie house’s tenth anniversary, and based on the traditional ten-year gift of aluminium, the scent blends a family of notes to create a metallic illusion. Out of the three fragrances featured today, this one is undoubtedly the most metallic.
