Now, the scent has officially returned to the market with a brand-new formulation.
But does the relaunched Forbidden Games recapture the sinful magic of the original Garden of Eden inspiration? According to collectors, newcomers, and my own nose: not quite. Here is the full breakdown of the new formulation.

If there is one thing the new Forbidden Games absolutely nails, it is the peach note. While the 2012 original balanced its fruits with a heavy dose of cinnamon and resins, the reformulation places focus mostly on the peach.
Right away, you are hit with a wave of peach. Depending on your skin chemistry, this opening leans one of two ways. For some, it is a realistic, juicy summer peach amplified by a tart splash of blackcurrant. For others, it shifts slightly more طامع, similar to the scent of gummy peach rings or a peach green tea. The cinnamon that gave the original its forbiddeness is notably missing.
الوردة at the heart acts more like a rose jam that carries the fruitiness forward rather than a traditional floral bouquet. However, الياسمين that was very prominent in the 2012 release is missing here. In fact, on certain skin types, the florals lean a bit ناعم, softening this fragrance and making it similar to many mainstream releases.
